Never had a bad meal from this place. Great personal pizzas made in their brick oven. They have a cozy dining area with a friendly staff. If you want to sit down or take a couple of slices to go this is a great spot.

I've been coming to Vaccaro's pizzeria for years and they never disappoint. They are a family owned pizzeria who are extremely friendly! Anything you order is delicious!

Every time I'm in the area I come here for the brick oven pizza! It is hands down the best! The other reviewers on here who complain that the pies are too small most likely have never had brick oven pizza or don't know what it is. I've tried other options on their menu such as pastas and salads and everything is great!!

I love the pizza here but I have a huge issue . When you order a large pie they charge for the price of a large pie but what they give you is a very small pie that is nothing like when you buy individual slices . The pie is the size of something you would get at dominos or Pizza Hut .

Grew up in Queens, Bellerose since '86. This is a significant fact because during the last 6yrs or so (the age of my son), I've become a major pizza snob as my palate for pizza improved with all the birthday parties and also because of all the pizza restaurants I experienced in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and around the world that try to serve "nyc style pizza". With all the yummy slices I had growing up including the ones I enjoyed at Tilli's Pizza (restaurant before Vaccaro's), today my son and I can agree today's pizza was super scrumptious (or for me something I havent tasted in a while) because we absolutely loved our plain cheese slice and sicilian slice. You can really distinguish the tasty sauce when it's just a plain slice, and the sicilian has that perfect crispy crunch with each bite. This is just a phenomenal local restaurant for takeout or dining-in with your family. This wasn't my first time eating here and I did enjoy several of their other menu items. But tasting is believing so try it for yourself! There's no parking lot but available street parking or consider walking.
